Return & Refund Policy

You can return an unworn piece within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the amount paid, except for gold coins, bars, customised and engraved items.

Inform us within 48 hours of delivery if the product is damaged. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after quality check.
